How we handle your photos.

What we shoot

HYPESET photographs and films student athletes at school-organized media days: individual and team portraits, action shots, and gameday coverage. We're brought in by a school, coach, or booster club to shoot the program — this policy covers what happens to those images afterward.

Your school's media release

Most schools already have families sign a media/photo release as part of enrollment or athletics sign-up, covering things like yearbook, local news, and program photography. HYPESET's media day is typically covered under that existing release. If your family has opted out of media releases with your school, please tell your coach or email us at info@hypeset-media.com before media day so we can leave your athlete out of anything beyond their own private gallery.

How we use the images

Photos and video from your media day are used for:

• Your family's private online gallery, for ordering prints and digitals
• Team banners and program materials commissioned by your school or booster club
• HYPESET's own portfolio, website, and social media marketing — selects only, not your full gallery

Opting out of marketing use

Fine with the media day and your gallery, but don't want your athlete's photos used in HYPESET's own marketing or portfolio? Email info@hypeset-media.com with your athlete's name and school before or after media day, and we'll make sure they're excluded.

Contact information

The name, email, and phone number collected at sign-up are used only to deliver your gallery and to reach you about your media day. We don't sell or share this information with third parties outside the tools we use to run HYPESET (like our gallery and payment providers).
